What is the difference between Cacao Butter and Cocoa Butter?

The difference between cacao butter and cocoa butter is only in the way they are produced. For cacao butter, they are cold-pressed from unroasted cacao beans with no refining performed. Cocoa butter, on the other hand, is made from roasted cocoa beans through a heating process. Cocoa butter is usually further refined before it is sold.
