Suggested Use
As an egg substitute in baked foods – Replace one egg with one tablespoon soya flour and one tablespoon water.
For making soya milk – Mix one cup of soya flour with 3 cups of water. Bring water to a boil ad slowly pour the soya flour into the water, stirring constantly with a whisk. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Line a strainer with a cheesecloth and place the strainer on a bowl or pot. Pour the soya flour mixture through the strainer. Cool and refrigerate the milk. Flavor with sweetener, vanilla or other flavoring as desired.
