Ingredients: Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Organic Buck Wheat, Sea Salt, Filtered Water.
- Stir noodles into 2,000cc of boiling water.
- Cook noodles for approximately 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Put noodles in a sieve and run under cold water.
- Serve immediately and eat with soup. Add in wasabi, spring onions or dry seaweed to suit your taste.
NOTE: In order to maintain the good taste of noodles, avoid long time cooking in boiling water.
